A visit to the town of Livade and a tour of the Zigante winery where you will try some excellent Malvazija, Muškat and Chardonnay followed by lunch at their own well renowned restaurant Zigante. Day 4
A tour of the Kabola and Veralda wineries for a tasting of local Istrian varieties of Malvazija, Teran and Refošk plus their own locally produced olive oils.

Scenic tour of the island including a visit to the lavender fields. Day 6
A visit to the award winning Plenković winery for a tasting of their Plavac, Prošek and Zlatan Otok wines. The winery has received numerous awards including: Grand Cru 2001, 2003, 2004 Gold medals and 2005 Champion wine.

Guided tour of Dubrovnik Day 8
The Pelješac peninsula is one of the most respected Croatian wine producing regions; there you will have a tour of the Miloš and Matuško wineries for a tasting of Plavac Mali, Dingač and Pošip varieties. After which we will visit the picturesque town of Mali Ston famous for its mussel farms for lunch. Day 9
A short drive just south of Dubrovnik and you will discover the beautiful Konavle valley where we will visit the Crvik family run winery producing Malvazija, Maraština, Merlot, Plavac, Cabernet Sauvignon and then the Dubrovački podrumi winery in the village of Gruda after which you will enjoy a lunch of local specialties at the Konavoski Dvori restaurant by the river Ljuta.
